Looking for honey that tastes like somewhere?
Most store honey is blended and heated so every jar tastes the same. Ours isn't. We harvest in small batches and bottle it raw, so the color, aroma and flavor follow whatever the bees were visiting.
Choose from three seasonal varieties: Wildflower, smooth and floral; Tallow Tree, warm with a caramel finish; and Cotton, rich, spicy and naturally creamy.

The Harvest
Over 30 hives live on our farm in Brenham, foraging the same fields where we grow our flowers. We also work with a few trusted Texas beekeepers, so each harvest reflects a different landscape. No blending, no standardizing.

Every jar is 100% raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized, in 5.5 oz or 12 oz glass. Pickup at Bella Vista Flower Farm Store in Brenham (daily, 8 AM-7:30 PM, summer 8 AM-8 PM) or Brazos Valley Farmers Market in Bryan (Saturdays, 8 AM-12 PM).

Wildflower is smooth and floral. Tallow Tree is warm and herbal with a caramel, light cinnamon finish. Cotton is rich and spicy and crystallizes into a thick, spreadable honey.
The honey is the same in both. The 5.5 oz jar ($13) is great for tasting or gifting, and the 12 oz jar ($16) is for everyday use.
Because it is raw and never blended, color, aroma and flavor change naturally from harvest to harvest with the season, the blooms and the location of the hives.
Yes. Crystallization is a natural sign of raw honey, not a defect. To soften it, set the jar in warm water and stir gently. Please do not microwave it.
At room temperature, with the lid closed and away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
No. Honey is pickup only, at the Bella Vista Flower Farm Store in Brenham, Texas, open daily 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM (summer hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), or at the Brazos Valley Farmers Market in Bryan on Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Choose your location at checkout.
For food safety, honey can't be returned. If your jar is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at contact@bellavista.farm and we'll make it right.
