At this time, we do not offer shipping services.

All orders are currently available for:

  • Local pickup, or

  • Local delivery where offered at checkout

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for picking up their order during the designated pickup window provided at checkout or by email confirmation.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and farm products:

  • Missed pickups may not be eligible for refunds or replacements

  • Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe may be discarded at our discretion


Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for select areas and products.

Delivery availability, timing, and fees will be shown during checkout when applicable.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. Bella Vista Flowers is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Unsafe or inaccessible delivery locations


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom arrangements, seasonal products, workshops, and event bookings may require additional preparation time.
