Designed for slow tasting and sharing, it offers a deeper way to experience how landscape and season shape honey.
Harvested with Care
Alongside flowers, we steward a small apiary of over 30 hives on the farm, while also working with additional Texas hives to reflect a broader range of flowering landscapes.
Each harvest is shaped by weather, bloom timing, and the natural rhythm of the season — never blended or standardized.
