At Bella Vista Flowers, we take pride in offering fresh flowers, honey, farm goods, and curated farm experiences. Because many of our products are perishable, handcrafted, seasonal, or reserved in advance, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
For eligible items, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase or receipt is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable products and are not eligible for standard returns.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if your flowers arrive:

Natural variations in color, bloom stage, size, and seasonal availability are normal and not considered defects.
To ensure freshness and quality, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
Honey & Farm Goods
Due to the nature of food and farm products, return requests for honey and farm goods must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Items must arrive:

Incorrect
Opened or used food products cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Minor natural variations in color, texture, or flavor are normal and are not considered defects.
Approved claims may qualify for:

Farm Experiences, Workshops & Events
All farm experiences, workshops, tours, classes, and event bookings are non-returnable.

No rescheduling

No credits for missed attendance
Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
If Bella Vista Flowers must cancel an experience or event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible return is approved, customers may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
